ASC PLAYER OF THE WEEK
 
 
Matias Asorey, Florida International University
The defending ASC Player of the Year, netted a pair of goals in a 4-1 win over Florida Atlantic on September 13th...Opened the contest with his second goal of the season less than ten minutes in while adding another tally midway through the second half, helping the Golden Panthers to their first victory of 2002.
 
ASC GOALIE OF THE WEEK
 
 
Randall Moate, Hartwick College
Allowed just one goal in 180 minutes as the Hawks went 1-1 at the Butler University SoccerFest Tournament VII...Made four saves in posting a 3-0 shutout of host Butler before collecting four saves in a 1-0 loss to ninth-ranked Indiana University...The goal by the Hoosiers ended a 333 minute scoreless streak for the senior goalkeeper.
 
ASC ROOKIE OF THE WEEK
 
 
Brendan Miller, Philadelphia university
Registered first career collegiate goal in a 2-0 win over Binghamton University on September 14th...With Rams up 1-0 in the second half, Miller's goal secured the second straight shutout win for Philadelphia University, which improved to 2-2-0 with the victory.
